Terms and Conditions of Sale

As part of our Business Protocols we require a DEPOSIT of $500.00 upon confirmation of your purchase of a pup.

• This is non-refundable should you cancel your order any time with or without notice.
• Your deposit will be deducted on the balance owing on the pup at pick-up or pre-delivery if interstate. Deposits may be made by EFT to our account of which details will be given upon request. Cheque, postal order, cash.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.
• An expression of interest will not secure a pup
• Be flexible with time frames and include the colour, gender and any relevent traits you are looking for in your order.
• All pups are posted on the puppies for sale page on the web site, we do not have a "list".
• Fees for boarding do apply to pups held over by request from clients who cannot collect them until past their availability date. Puppies that are not weaned from their mums up until their 8th week are not included or dont apply to this fee. More details about this fee can be given on request.
• Puppies are desexed, microchiped, vaccinated, vet checked. They come to you with a compliments pack from our supporters, diet sheet, worming history and lots of information to help you settle in with your new pup. Issues on desexing, flea and parasitic control etc.
• Interstate pups leave here in their own pet carrier to ensure a safe and stress free transit to you. The pet carrier is included in the freight cost component of each pup/s.
• Our pups also have our Personal 'Billabong Creek Farm'  health guarantee.
