We don't give your details to anyone else, nor do we send out commercial email to you if you choose to use the online form on the Contact Us page. So you won't get spammed. We always appreciate staying in touch with families who have bought or are considering buying a puppy from us, but we consider this to be personal, and not to fall under the category of marketing. The reason we've had to resort to using the form rather than just giving out our email address on the site is because of the volume of spam we were receiving ourselves, as we had our email address in plain text on our old site and it was quickly picked up by spambots. So there's nothing to worry about in sending us an email using the form, we won't subscribe you to anything. Or even better, give us a call if you're hesitant to do it by email. Things can be explained much faster over the phone in most cases anyway.

1. Personal information
Personal information in the form of email addresses and/or phone numbers are collected by the site in the process of users sending messages to Billabong Creek Farm. Billabong Creek Farm warrant that personal information provided by visitors of this site will be used only for interpersonal communications, kept strictly confidential and not passed without your explicit permission to any third party under any circumstances. Provision of any particular personal information by website users is not compulsory, and users wishing to contact us without using email may contact us by telephone.

2. Bulk messages
Under the terms of the Spam Act 2003, bulk commercial electronic messages may only be transmitted with explicit permission from the receiver. It is not part of our business practices to send such bulk messages, and furthermore, we do not consider provision of your email address and/or other contact details using our contact form to constitute permission for us to send you such bulk messages in future.

All content is provided 'as is', with no warranty to its particular accuracy, merchantability, or fitness to a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted under the Trade Practices Act and similar legislation.

Recently, persons have attempted to sell pups bred by themselves and used pictures stolen from our web site's "Top Shots page" to fraudently mislead those enquiring about pups they are selling. Please advise us if you are sent any photos of pups from our site purportedly bred by people advertising themselves as the breeders of these pups. This is an illegal act and misleads you, the public into buying pups that are being sold under false pretences.

Some instances of pet shops being told that Spoodles sold to them from "Puppy Brokers" have been sourced from here at Billabong Creek Farm. This often gets them a better price for the pups because our pups are highly regarded and this information is falsely passed onto customers. Pups vet cards are stamped with our personal vet's stamp and this is the only way confirmation can be given that the pup is from us. Instore vet cards or regular vet cards that do not carry this stamp would be regarded as pups NOT from us.
